About Stacey Chestnut-Watson

Licensed Professional Counselor, MA, LPC

Life’s changes and phases can become difficult to navigate sometimes. I work with the strength and resilience within you, and believe you have the skills and inner reserves to assist you in overcoming obstacles in your life. With patience and persistence, you will develop greater confidence, self-esteem and emotional balance.

I believe that therapy is built on positive regard, empowerment, collaboration, interaction, and trust. The passion in my life is being invited to walk with clients through their journey. I customize my approach to meet the needs of my clients. I may include treatment using mindfulness, cognitive psychotherapy, narrative, and trauma-informed techniques.

I facilitate a personal journey to embrace healing changes with individuals, couples and families by implementing mental health theories and techniques, which have proven helpful in the change process. You don’t have to navigate your challenges alone. I look forward to meeting you.
